We are happy to offer a 10-day return policy (fully refundable) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. We do not offer refunds on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts unless there is a product defect.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Email us at houseofkaarigari@gmail.com or whatsapp us at (+91) 9310661870 the images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:

1. Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner (only for defective products) to you within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday).

2. A pickup will be done once you will share the product pictures within 2 days of receiving order on our E-mail Id- houseofkaarigari@gmail.com. In case the pickup is canceled by the customer, an additional charge will be levied for initiating pick up again

3. COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item either as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or on your E-mail address. The coupon code will be valid for 2 months from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on houseofkaarigari.com. On COD orders shipping fee will not be refunded.

4. Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via original source of payment (Debit/Credit Card, UPI) within 3-5 business days. Please allow at least 10-12 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
